I suppose most people have encountered at least half of the questions listed in the site. But even though we are experienced and well-prepared every time we have a job interview, we can easily screw it up by giving some ridiculous answers. (or just me on earth?)
As an unqualified interviewer myself, when I was then a tutor of a student dorm, I sometimes asked "nonsense" questions simply because interviewing a long list of candidates is a boring task. Basically everyone shortlisted is qualified. It's the "feeling" that separate the successful one(s) from the rest. So being yourself is truly important and don't try to play a part.
